tried charge 2 hours for 15 min work and it was still wrong!!. dont stock label paper (no joke they had to order it in and charged me for it even though only a small part was used so had to get the rest off them as it was on the invoice) can not part cut through lables so you can not peel them off easy ie every lable is fully cut so good nails needed and time to peel them apart. if you want a sample printed to check its perfect before a big print run you wait ages. So maybe great if spending thousands and its repeat. If you need small runs, labels, are not oing to spend thousands I would sadly avoid. simply for us far far to hard to deal with. found another supplier who is local and they also reduced the cost by over 30%
