We used James for our party wall award this year, he was recommended by our architect, and the most important thing to say is, you should select James to represent your party wall award. He is responsive, will clearly explain the process, the costs and gave us great advice. He also answered all my questions quickly and concisely and dealt with our neighbours rather shoddy surveyor expertly. He always consulted with us and kept us in the loop. He also managed to bring down the cost of the other surveyor. Excellent/professional service and personally I felt value for money having James on our side, will be recommending James to any of our friends/family if they need a party wall.
