When choosing an estate agent to sell my property I looked up local reviews and saw James Kendall were 5 star. I had 2 valuations and although James Kendall’s fees were slightly higher they were well worth the money! Matt looked after my sale and kept me up to date at all times and made everything as quick and easy as possible. Matt did a great video of the house along with the photos. Overall a really good experience and I would definitely recommend james kendall estate agents!
