    He's alright. But he knows how to make it burn and I did lose alot of weight from the intense training. Personally speaking he cares about your body as much as you do, so If he tells you not to eat chocolate or your only allowed 1 slice of pizza. Listen to him. He knows his shiz. Be prepared that's all I'm going to say, he makes it worth the money!
