Mightily impressed with this butcher. Have now shopped there twice - once for a leg of salt-marsh lamb for Easter and this week for some superbly marbled ribeye steaks. Both were delicious - and the steaks in particular were could be cut like butter. Not cheap by any means, but you certainly get the quality you pay for. The other thing about James Elliott is the friendliness of the service. Some other supposed upmarket butchers I have encountered in Islington and elsewhere could almost be rude - not these guys. Strongly recommend. We will be back

Very professional and friendly people working there. The guy at the counter was a sweetheart. He helped us alot about which meat would be best for the dish I wanted to prepare. Prices were pretty decent and the store was well organized and very clean.
