The stylist was great but it felt very rushed it took 2 people to blow dry my hair one of which was burning my head a few times not impressed with that. But the lady I was booked with was lovely and knew what she was doing.

Leya was able to see the best version of me and draw hyper real lines that complimented my facial structure and create brows that look completely natural. James cut one side longer than the other. They haven't refunded even though they clearly have made a mistake. Not the first time at this salon also the Birmingham salon is awful, Kim left pieces of my hair long. I should have known not to book in with someone who has had an awful lip filler job and believes it looks good. They haven't given a refund after the mistake they have made which shows the standard of the salon.
