I been to this hair salon about 3 time and all 3 times was a disappointment, but the last time I went was the worst. I asked for copper highlights clearly I explained the hairdresser what I wanted, I also showed her picture what I ment.. I ended up with a completely different colour.. I had all my hair coloured bright orange and I had 2 large line of Ashe blond highlights in the front 🤦🏻♀️ What I never asked for… The next day I phoned them back explaining to the hairdresser that my colour come out completely different and I need a change cause I had soo many bad complaints about it by friends and family … They gave me an appointment… I went and all they did is put a toner or it for 10-15 minutes… that didn’t take away the blond lines .. it just toned it down … and my hair was still orange but only difference was that it wasn’t bright but dark orange 😂 I was devastated… not to mention the terrible hair cut I had in there … now I finally went somewhere else to sort it out and I’m happier with my hair then ever!! I've been to this salon a few times to get my hair dyed because I don't trust myself to do it so I opted for a professional. The first time I got it dyed, my hair was left bright orange (I wanted brunette) and I was told it would "fade" after washing it. However, the lady seemed to be in a rush and bleached my hair in less than an hour (and I have natural black hair), I was told by another hair salon that this is not normal and damaging to my hair as it felt like plastic. Professionals who do not care for their clients hair should not work at a hair salon? I went again after a few months but booked it with someone else and she did a pretty good job at getting rid of this orange mess. Until my last visit, my hair was completely ruined. I needed my roots touching up and asked if I could go darker as it's easier than going lighter but ended up with multiple banding all over my head. They wanted to send me home like that and told me it was fine... I wouldn't have known until my friend pointed it out as she came with me, I genuinely felt like bursting into tears. The worst part about it was the fact I was told that I needed to go bob length after growing it out for months. I didn't make a big fuss out of it as I was just keeping my tears in. Throughout all this, I could see them laughing at me from the corner of my eye when in fact they should have apologised. They tried blaming me by saying I left my roots to grow out too long but I had visited the salon for a touch up a few months ago. In the end they offered me a discount and I still had to pay for ruined hair I didn't want. I wouldn't go to this salon unless you want your hair to experience long term damage and trauma.
