James is nothing short of a miracle worker. I was a desperate 36 week pregnant patient with a suspected cracked or popped rib. I was in excruciating pain and not very mobile and my injury was due to coughing from a chest infection. James was not only a huge comfort when booking but the work he did at the appointment made a considerable difference and was nothing short of a miracle. 48 hrs later and I’m mobile and can cough without pain. James has been helping me with a frozen shoulder problem for a little while and his therapy has made such a massive improvement. Anyone who has suffered with this awful condition will understand what that means. Along the way, he has also helped with a neck and back problem too. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is extremely professional, supportive and compassionate. What I most appreciate is the way he tunes into 'me' and how my shoulder is each time I've seen him, rather than 'alphabet therapy' for the label of my problem. I think this is what marks him out. It's not the same treatment every time, he changes what he does based on what he finds each time. Not all therapists do this and it's a sign of excellence, someone who really cares about what he's doing.
