He was very patient as we were trying to figure out what property would suit best our needs. He was open to show us different options so we we could objectively make up our minds about which property to make a timely offer on in a market that is not easy these days. Jasmine and her teammates has been very helpful and responsive during the whole long process. Since Apr 2022, we have started our property search. We have very niche requirements and Jasmine kept bring us high quality properties for viewing (though not fitting our niche taste). We at certain point almost pursued with one property but we gave up at the end. In summer, Jasmine approached us again as follow up and restarted the viewing with us. At the end we found our home. It has been five months between offer acceptance and exchange of contract. Jasmine relentlessly followed up with all parties and made sure everyone is updated with the status. It has been extremely important to seal the deal. At the end we got our home and we love it. We appreciate the help from Jasmine and her teammates tremendously.

You get a truly personalized treatment with this company and it’s care for the customer at its supreme best.
