I instructed James Aldridge to undertake a hike buyers survey which was carried out by Mr Palmer. The report was well drafted, comprehensive and easy to read. The report was emailed within 24 hours and a hard copy was with me within 48 hrs The accompanying letter noted that if I had any queries I could contact their office. The survey had flagged points of concern and I wished to discuss this with Mr Palmer. He called my back the same day and explained his concerns and possible implication of what he had identified. He followed our discussion with an email and provided additional photos. I cannot commend Mr Palmer enough with his careful and though examination of my prospective purchase had flagged an issues which If not liked into and possibly remedied, would have long lasting and expensive consequences for me. I would recommend this firm

The report he produced was extremely comprehensive and detailed, and written so as to be easy to understand.The turn around was impressive, being received by email the day after the survey had been carried out, with a hard copy in the post the day after that. I would absolutely highly recommend James Aldridge, and would have no qualms about using their services again should the need arise.
