    Rude elderly couple who run this launderette. Previously had stellar experience from a younger female member of staff, but the older couple are rude, grouchy and do not care about their customers. Was told I cannot put a wash load on at 16:28, when it says the last washload is 90 mins before close. They have done this twice. They confirmed on the phone a close of 6PM. DON'T ADVERTISE A LAST WASH TIME OF 90 MINS BEFORE CLOSE IF YOU DON'T ALLOW THIS. I am a disabled person, and it is unacceptable that you've made me lug my clothes around twice and refused to allow me to wash them despite being within the designated times. You confirmed the hours over the phone, but refused anyway. When challenged, the elderly staff became rude and hostile, glaring at me. Do not recommend. I recommend Linsey Laundry about 10 mins away. Friendlier staff, cleaner premises, better prices, they accept card and are open later. AVOID JAMAICA ROAD LAUNDERETTE.
