I was really taken back with the rudeness of this company. I asked for something to be made and it didn’t match the description I’d asked for. I can’t go into too much detail but ultimately the design that simply needed some minor improvements was scrapped and I was given something a child could have made. I was still charged for the privilege and I was unable to use the product at all, it would have been an embarrassment to have used it. I wish I could show you the photos. Having now utilised the skills and experience of another business, I now realise how ripped off I was. Do not use jamaica press. They are unable to take constructive feedback nor are they able to work with clients requirements. I do not recommend them. The man who works there called Paul is very rude and disrespectful.
