Very poor service. Application done in August 2022 and 6 months on in March 2023 I am still left waiting. The administration failed to collect the necessary documents correctly, scanning the wrong page of document which has caused delays in processing my application. Even when the correct page was sent to them they failed to collect and update the application months after. Now my application is back at the end of the queue 6 months from original application date. No accountability nor even a simple apology for their mistakes made. Very poor service indeed.

I have never been in a Government business and had such warm, friendly and professional welcome. If only there were more people like those 2 ladies. The lady at the front desk and the lady who dealt with my application are just awesome. Thank you very much for your help and kindness πŸ™πŸΎ

I am really not happy with the service I did my application and hand it in on February 18th and it's now July 18 and I haven't received my passport. They hardly answer the phone and when I do get the it's always the same answer and that is my application has been sent to jamaica then when I call jamaica they tell me there is no application for me. Now I can't do nothing because of these people I am really upset I wish I never had to deal with this again

Strange location on a dead end street in a small rundown industrial estate. The actual office is adjacent to a Jamaican food factory. The post code appears to take you to a dual carriageway parallel to the road that the consulate is on.

What a people nice!!! Wow Big big thanks to Miss Monica for her warm and kind hospitality and to Maxine for her diligence and help with my forms and paperwork. I came all the way from London because High Commision must be too busy to call me back. I left way more than impressed with the service, advice and dedication of all members of the team. These queens are really a credit to Jamaica big up every one of yourself. Really EXCELLENT.
