    we have been using answercouk for a year or so. however I've since had call record added to our phone system and the first call was highly unprofessional. the agent was bashful, forceful and over spoke the caller continuously, with absolutely no compassion or understanding, which resulted in a complaint when I called the customer back. on the second call, the full essential information given to the agent wasnt sent to us either. only a 4 word sentence was sent to us to process! we have cancelled our service as a result and have moved our answering service to another provider. 0/5. do not use
