The design software Jali use is excellent. The lead time for my shelving units was 3 weeks as promised. I would point out that the assembly instructions are somewhat generic, as they point out, so some interpretation/adaptation is required, but the quality of the materials is top class and easy to assemble. The labelling of the boxes was not quite accurate but a call to the support line very quickly answered my queries - I would use Jali again and recommend them to all. Service: Custom furniture

As a keen DIYer, I have to say that Jali is the place to go. To begin with, the website is straight forward and easy to use, on top of having a wonderful 3D designer which allows you to create your unique piece of furniture. The wide array of options helps you find exactly what you need in no time and the customer service is excellent. I had some questions as to what I could and could not do on the 3D designer, and the lady on the phone was helpful and very patient. This is something you don't tend to get with big off the shelf furniture manufacturers! Even though I waited a little while for my furniture to arrive, (just over 6 weeks), I would not expect any less from bespoke furniture, especially since they've kept going through lockdown! The furniture arrived flat packed and in perfect condition, and on the weekend we got our tools out and started building our dresser. I have to say, this is no chipboard, this is good quality MDF with a fantastic real oak veneer finish. Upon opening our boxes you could tell this was excellent quality furniture, which you can rarely get in many places unless you hire an expensive carpenter. Easy to assemble, and even though heavy, I am so proud to have it in my house. I will always recommend and keep recommending Jali to everyone I know. We need to keep supporting these family businesses, especially with the current situation. Money well spent I say! Service: Custom furniture

Excellent company, that I would recommend. The radiator cover was expensive in my opinion, but it was made bespoke, which allowed us to reduce the width it came out from the wall. The quality is excellent. You get what you pay for. We had it sprayed our chosen colour. I would recommend this. Simple to fit to wall. The website is really good. Helps you design and save it till you are sure you have it all as you like, before purchasing. Just to add, all communications with this company was second to none! Adriana has great sense of humour. I had to email them to thank them. So many companies don't care about the items in transit. A gentleman from the company called to discuss delivery and gave the option of a delivery company or their own delivery. I opted for Jali to deliver, although a few days longer to wait. They really care that the product gets to you in perfect condition. Flat pack, easy to assemble. I can't say enough. Thank you Jali. I need to move to get more radiators to cover. LOL. :)
