Placed an order over a week ago, no Confirmation email received but payment taken. Tried calling several times with no answer. Emailed directly and through page on website with no reply for days. Need this for a present and was stated 2-3 days delivery on website when ordering. Not impressed!

Bought a boys Moncler jacket which I want to return as it’s too small !!! They say you need a returns number to return something and get a refund but Nobody is answering the phone or replying to my emails, so I can’t get a returns number! Absolutely appalling customer service, wish I would have read these reviews before order and handing over my money to them! Looks like I’m going to have to go to my credit card coming to claim my money back!

Very poor customer service when trying to return an item. They don't reply to emails or answer phone. Very unprofessional. They respond only when you post a google review. Nothing in spam inbox either, I have checked. Since your last email, I have returned the item via tracking, it was delivered to you on 26/5/22, no refund or email received. Please kindly issue the refund asap.
