Paid £350 for birthday service (includes drinks and food). They ignored us, and then gave our food and sang happy birthday to the wrong table! When we complained they told us the kitchen was closed and they couldn’t do anything. Refused to give any refund.

Amazing venue, and great staff. This venue is small but well organised. This venue is for the Upper class and treats everyone like VIPs. It's all about dressing up and having a great time. The door staff help us with our drunk friend, they made sure we were safe and would let us leave till our cab came. We never experienced such kindness. Thank you for a great night.
