expected a high quality dress that cost £60. no clear indications on care label. completely discoloured after one wash, ruined all the other clothes in the washing too. sad!

I bought two items, one item was fine but the other was poor quality with faulty seams evident after one wear. I had to wrangle over multiple emails and quote consumer law to get a refund agreed. When they received the item back they were still trying to reduce the refund by charging shipping so I'm back to quoting consumer rights law to them. I would never buy from them again and would warn other customers to be very careful.

Just be aware if you’re ordering online and want to return an item that you will suffer the cost of two way shipping. You also have only 14 days to return. I ordered an item which couldn’t have looked more different than it did on the website. Awful material and quality and I lost £11 in shipping costs! Won’t order from here again.
