Hi Ive been doing beginners bootcamp for 6 weeks now with Chloe, and she truly has been amazing, she’s appreciate that I have had a serious injury and totally understands that I need to build up gradually. Having had an injury for so long almost two years I lost so much confidence but every week that that I train with Chloe and the beginners bootcamp team I am gaining more confidence. My fitness and strength is improving week on week and sure soon I will reach my goal of where I was prior to my injury. Chloe is a great asset to the JWPT team!

I started going to JWPT back in January 2022 after a friend recommended their Friday morning Bootcamps. Weirdly enough, I went through a multitude of emotions in that 1st hour. Nervous to start, wishing the pain would end, mentally writing my will to finally elation and full floods of endorphins! Laura the PT that ran those sessions was amazing! Full of enthusiasm and always a big smile on her face. I never realised my full potential until I became a regular, I started to lift heavier and use much better form. My cardio improved and most of all I met a lovely bunch of people. The other PT’s and fellow bootcampers are so welcoming, full of support and always there to give you that little push, just when you need it. I was hooked, so much so that I am coming to the end of my 2nd set of 121 PT sessions with Laura and although she’s given me all the skills and knowledge I need to go out into the big wide gym all by myself, I know I’ll be signing up again. She’s amazing. I have yet to find anything she doesn’t know or isn’t willing to research when it comes to health and all things exercise. She knows exactly how to push me and also when to tell me to rest or deload. I would recommend her to anyone that’s hoping to start on their own personal journey. She’s like my dedicated cheerleader and I love her and hate her equally 😂 JWPT and the rest of the crew get my vote every time. If you’re considering your 1st move into fitness or your next, then don’t hesitate to try here, you’ll never regret it.

I have been training at Jake Wood PT for a couple of months now and have seen such a huge change in my mental and physical health. I have lost 14lbs in 8 weeks, I am getting noticably stronger and I feel happier, healthier and more energised. I started doing cave bootcamps to improve my health and physique after having a baby and in preparation for my upcoming wedding. My confidence was low, but the team in the cave, both trainers and other bootcampers have made me feel welcome and part of the team. It's such a great community to be a part of and I'm so glad I started my journey here. Looking forward to many more bootcamps in the future.

I’ve just completed my first block of PT sessions with Leon at JWPT. I was keen to improve my strength and that’s definitely happened. I’ve gone from nearly passing out doing sled runs to leg pressing more than my body weight. I wasn’t aiming to lose weight and only dropped a bit but my body shape has changed so much- my back fat has gone! Leon has given encouragement and reassurance so even when there have been set backs I felt like I could still move forwards. I’ll be accessing yoga still and after trying the beginners bootcamp and gaining a bit of confidence I’m booked to attend a regular boot camp. One of the best things about the programme is you can train in the cave outside your pt sessions and get support and encouragement. Thanks to the whole team for being welcoming and reassuring.
