Took the car in for its service and a minor warranty repair. I received a warm welcome and the atmosphere was very friendly. Keeley was my assigned service advisor and clearly explained everything that would be done and then subsequently everything that had been done and gave me opportunities to ask questions etc. The car was handed back lovely and clean too!

The first time coming to this Stratstone Jaguar was very pleasant but the second/third time etc was awful. The staff are very unresponsive, whether it be not answering calls/emails or even being unable to be helpful even when you are in their office. Extremely unhappy with the service and despite this being extremely local to me, I will be travelling to the next closest Jaguar centre in the future. Unprofessional, unhelpful, careless.
