These people should never be given planning permission by any council ever. They have ruined where I live and don't pay any respect to residents. For years now we've had to live with the mess they have made of what used to be a beautiful field behind our house. I get that there's going to be a transition period in developments, but years? Not removing fly tipping when asked? Removing parking? Creating a mud bath and then never ever answering polite emails asking for reasonable tidying up. Clearly a company that only wants to make money and doesn't care about anyone else. I wouldnt buy houses on their land that's for sure.
