very poor communication , they are avoiding to contact with customers to solve problems , and they are dispatching broken parts like also incomplette parts. zero respond to emails and few lies (I can proof it as i took some pictures)

I find I'm using them less and less these days as everytime I try to make an order they don't have many of the items in stock, everyday things like hoses and o rings and fittings etc nothing really obscure. I think their claim to be europe's premier supplier is seriously spurious these days.
