We went to Jago twice; first to get my engagement ring fixed and it was well done and we were so impressed with the service we then decided to use them for our custom wedding bands. My husband's band was quite complex, but Jago (in particular Ian, who worked with us the whole time) were amazing and patient. In the ends the bands are brilliant and we are so thrilled. Would 100% recommend using Jago again and thank you especially to Ian who was really kind and knowledgable. Thank you again.
