My 5 star rating is mostly to do with Tegan, the young lady that has cut my hair for the last 3 visits to Jagged Edge. She is a very competent hairdresser and after each visit I have been complimented on my haircut. She is also very personable and was very helpful when I couldn't find out how to book on-line.

For me was the worst experience ever with a barber. Was like they didn't want to work, sooner that I and others customers arrived they started to say that was better to come back tomorrow, giving excuses. The hair cut was just with the machine, no blades or anything else to improve the lines of cut. No professionalism... 👎 That's why I'm rating as bad.
