This is a fake company who have stolen money from me and I am currently collating evidence to take to the financial ombudsman. Do NOT purchase anything from this company or Nnwarehouse or Noa and Nani. They are all owned by the same person who then pretend it's the other company responsible for not sending your order. Complete scam.

AVOID - Company goes under so many aliases - North Shore Ltd, Noa and Nani, sells on ebay, amazon etc - they take your money, refuse to ship the item and then never respond to emails! I am now fighting to get my money back for an item they refuse to ship to me because of their pricing error! They are liars and scammers!

Ordered a bed through Neo and Nani...The reviews on there page were good. Xdp delivery service noted it was coming from Jade Bay....I have received by bed which is still in the box as I have not received the mattress, Xdp have advised they have not received the mattress to deliver. Phone number not connecting and Jade Bay not replying toy emails. My 4 year old daughter now has no bed.

Awful company. Complained about a 25% increase in the price of their white toy boxes.....literally overnight. I run my own business and Jadebay was my go to supplier, I’ve purchased dozens of boxes from them. I had a toy box to return at the time I made the complaint as it had MULTIPLE defects, 3 pieces were either scratched broken or had visible flaws. So, 1 return and 1 complaint after dozens of purchases. After very slow communication on eBay they arranged collection for the return and promised a replacement. Item was collected but the tracking info they provided for the replacement is actually for the collection...two numbers supplied BOTH for the same thing. So no replacement and now no box. I’ve now been informed that I’ve been blocked from purchasing from them on eBay, no explanation given. Absolute joke. No customer service, poor communication and for God’s sake don’t ever complain otherwise, even if you’re a long standing customer, they’ll complete ignore you.

This company is probably the worst I've ever experienced on ebay. I ordered a set of drawers which had severe damage to the top. They sent me a replacement but insisted I sent the other one back !!! It had been assembled !!! I then put the new one together and parts were wrong ,The drawers were really poor quality and have since both fallen apart and have basically become firewood. Appalling service and appalling quality.i wish I could have given no stars!

I purchased an item from this company Jadebay in July. It looked lovely in the photos - but quality was totally shocking (badly painted, stained, split, and chipped). Unusable. I tried to contact Jadebay multiple times in multiple ways - sending photos of the items and simply seeking a replacement. I got no response. There is nobody operating live chat, phone lines (directs straight to an 02 messaging service) or responding to emails. There seems no intention to offer any customer service. Same goes for its ‘sister company’ Noa and Nani - Same phone lines, registered company address in New Romney and director of Kris Tolofson. There are so many other customers that are experiencing similar problems with these companies (just look online) and the Advertising Standards Authority has a complaint upheld against them. I didnt want a refund I just wanted what I paid for... but got nothing. My next stop is trading standards. #noaandnani #jadebay
