This Company is supposed to be handling return of monies from Marcello Developments who decide Not to issue Bond. I paid them 31 October 2017 and am still waiting for return of my funds plus Interest owed. I have had no contact from them and Marcello tell me I have to contact this company. Is anyone else out there having big problems with this Company??

We used jade State Wealth's Escrow service when buying a yacht from Canada. We did not know the laws of the land nor understand about import duties or taxes. JSWL provided escrow services for E&L and weren't involved in managing E&L itself. That said, we can't be sure that JSWL passed on all of the investors' money to E&L so the finger of suspicion is still pointed at JSWL. The Essex Police Fraud Squad are currently investigating the E&L Properties scam.

Stop Jade State Wealth from doing a runner. Phone line dead, emails bouncing. They are one of the so called FCA custodians who where suppose to regulate the asset back investment of Essex and London Ltd. All please contact Jade State Wealth parent company Accounting Worx Limited and companies house to stop them from shutting down. They should face the music on the Essex and London scam. We All need answers !!!
