This place shares the same entrance as Orient restaurant. You head up the stairs and ring the door bell to be let in. It has a weird policy which l was only made aware of when l had to go there to pay the deposit. They only take cash. Then was told the food menu was limited and the policy is that you can only spend 30% of the minimum spend total on food. So if your minimum spend is £400 then you can’t order more than £120 worth of food. The menu is very limited. Had they told me this when l called to enquire, l would have gone somewhere else. It took me a while before l understood what these guys were trying to explain with their heavy dialect accents, l speak Mandarin & Cantonese. They also refused to let me take a photo of the drinks, some silly excuse about trading about business secrets. Don’t see all restaurants and bars run out of business for showing their menus. As it was late in finding a new place, we decided to go ahead and use this venue. Staff weren’t too happy that we didn’t order everything in one go. But who does that? For a room of 20 people l think 3-4 mic’s should be provide and not 2. You get 2 in a smaller room too. We did ask for anyone mic but was refused. Not very accommodating since the other rooms were empty. However, we did make it a good night for ourselves. Would we use this place again, a def NO!!!

I want to give it a 0 star if I could. Had a birthday celebration there but ruined the mood. Bad staff, bad attitude. When we finished this guy came in to the room and yelled at us said FINISHED. I said what is that kind of attitude, and then he just stared at me with so much hatred. If you don't want to run a business don't run it. With staffs like this I am surprised how this place last. I am from Hong Kong I speak both mandarin and Canto but no they are not nicer to Chinese than foreigner. They are simply just rude to everyone
