I couldn't choose a preferred day for our furniture delivery, they also cancelled and rearranged it several times. I told them we do nightshift and it's not fun sitting here waiting on them just to get a text 2 hours before the arranged delivery time about cancellation 2 times in a row. We supposed to get a damaged part changed too, needless to say that never happened. Joke of a company...
