As a really anxious and nervous first time Mum, We seeked out support of a post natal doula and going with Jade with the best decision and I'd recommend her to everyone! She was so friendly and calming and no question or concern was too silly. I was worried that it could be awkward having someone around that I didn't know but We didn't feel this way at all with Jade. She helped us both with questions, bubba's first bath, looking for other support and information, help around the house and holding our little monkey so I could catch up on sleep and showers! Honestly she was an absolute God send and provided me with a lot of emotional support too at a really vulnerable time. Thanks for all your help :)

Jade has been absolutely amazing and I can only highly recommend her. As a first time mum, and not too used to the British Health System, I had so many questions and uncertainties that I didn't know where to go to get sufficient support. Jade has been my birth doula and my hypnobirthing teacher. She patiently explained everything, from A to Z, and answered all my questions over and over again. :) She provided additional information from research, when I was overwhelmed with the sheer sea of options. In the run up to labour, she was just a text message away and 'by my side' the whole time. During labour, she was so helpful to support us keeping a clear head and the fun up, where possible. I had such a positive experience welcoming our little baby girl into this world, thanks to Jade. She has been my rock throughout the whole process. 5*'s all the way and highly recommended! 👍

Our new baby arrived at an awkward time (as babies tend to do) in the middle of a global pandemic, when neither of our families who live far away were able to come and give us a hand. We reached out in desperation to find someone with experience and Jade was recommended to us. Jade was incredibly helpful and supportive, providing hands-on support with our baby, helping us around the house when we just couldn't find a spare moment, and lending a supportive ear when we needed reassurance that we weren't just going crazy and our child was just being a difficult wee specimen. Jade was really flexible and understanding in working around our erratic schedule and arrived exactly on time every time ready to help. We would recommend Jade to anyone needing an extra trustworthy pair of hands to cope with a new addition to the family.
