Writing from my husbands account. Wow where do I start, Jade you were an absolutely godsend with my fussy one year old daughter. She kept reassuring us whilst doing her haircut, my daughter was crying, very fussy but Jade did an absolute fantastic job of cutting her hair all one length and the cutest fringe. Thankyou so much. Jade is lovely, she listened to how you would like your hair, doesn't tell you what see thinks you should have, she knows her stuff, as I have very thick hair also it's very heavy to jade did a fabulous cut, I felt fabulous when jade finished... I will be back most definitely. Thank you Jade xv

Horrible experience from start to finish. The result is completely different to a picture we both agreed on. As much as I can forgive the wrong shade of color, the quality of work is appaling. I have 3 or 4 different colours on my hair! with a clear partition between them in the middle of the head. Despite me emphasising how important it is to get it blended and looking natural. Bleached hair unnecessarily. Never seen worse. Hairdresser unable to admit she made a mistake. quarrelsome. Made me feel as if this is my fault. After pointing that I am unhappy with the result her mom (?) joined Jade arguing that she is a proffesional hairdresser (?) so I should not complain (!) Realised how bad it was only after I came home. Forced an appointment to fix the botched job but she cancelled last minute. Ignoring my requests for refund. Awful. Do not go , do not waste time and money. Not wearing PPE either despite me offering!!! now facing a huge bill to fix this and repair the damaged hair! Whilst being ignored by the hairdresser. Denied the refund as this is her 'policy' which is of course not disclosed anywhere. AVOID
