    Bought our jacuzzi from here 2 months ago after a different company messed me about with delivery, me and the wife love being able to relax after a hard days work and have had a few garden partys to celebrate after a tough couple of years, we had abit of trouble with delivery and positing but Gary and the team pulled through and got it into place (unlike the other company), spoken to meghan on the phone a few times now to ask some questions on cleaning and maintenance and shes always happy to help (even if the questions seem silly to me)

    We recently (March 2022) had a Jacuzzi and an outside sauna from Freedom Leisure (FL) (Long Post Warning) We visited first in Aug 2021 and paid a small deposit for a J345 Jacuzzi and enquired about an outside sauna too as we wanted both. At that time the expected delivery of the Jacuzzi was early 2022, which was OK for us as we needed to do some prep work in the garden.There was some doubt about them being able to supply the sauna. A little while later a site visit was made and again questions asked about the sauna. Sometime later we were offered the sauna that was on display, as they weren’t sure a new one could be sourced; we visited, but in my opinion the price was too high for essentially a 2nd hand building. After a little longer another supplier was found, but the price had increased significantly. However as it was what we wanted we were prepared to pay. and so this was ordered in Nov ’21 and 50% paid with an expected delivery of 12 weeks. (Other saunas are available elsewhere, but we don’t like the ‘barrel’ type and the one chosen is a sauna with a small changing area). In the meantime we were able to have patio work done as well as the electrical supply arranged for both (armoured cable buried under the patio etc). I chased regarding the sauna a couple of times (the Jacuzzi had already arrived and they were able to hold on to that so that we could have both fitted around the same time. The sauna arrived,(16 March) big delivery, and 2 men took just over 3 days to build it - (It is not a shed), it’s made in Germany and comes with everything ready to build it, there were 2 sets of instructions, slightly conflicting I was told, but the quality is evident. The carpenters/builders from Freedom Leisure were great. There were a couple of things missing and these were obtained by FL a few days later. After it was built I ‘painted’ it with a solid colour stain from Owatrol (great product). Once thew sauna was complete the Jacuzzi was delivered on 22 March on a trailer and 2 men to install it, it just fitted through the garage and out the back double doors (site survey essential). the men connected to electrics and provided guidance on all aspects of usage. Once the sauna was in place I had to get our electrician back to connect it. The information FL supply about what is required for the Jacuzzi electrics is comprehensive. The information for the sauna electrics though was a bit lacking and required a lot of thought and work from our electrician to get it to where we wanted in terms of usage, e.g. distribution board, lights and sockets. If you are thinking of getting either a Jacuzzi or particularly an outside sauna I’d be happy to show you ours and offer some guidance on what is required electrically for the sauna. Overall though I was very impressed with FL and their help and guidance throughout the process and can happily recommend them.
