Jacqui made the whole process of designing an engagement ring absolutely painless. Long ago, I was gifted a couple of gold and diamond family rings, but the style was dated and I prefer to wear white metal. Jacqui carefully considered the rings and provided me with thoughtful options. She helped me to sell the yellow gold and I put the proceeds towards a pair of contemporary hoop earrings in white gold, which Jacqui sourced. They are of such high quality that you cannot see the hinge in them with the naked eye. Jacqui then identified the better (some were definitely very damaged!) diamonds in the rings and used them to create a gorgeous pair of detachable pendants that now hang from the white gold hoops. I will certainly be commissioning Jacqui in the future to make me some more pendants in other stones so that I can swap them in and out of the hoops according to the occasion! So having once owned two family rings that I never wore and kept stashed away in a safe place, I now have a pair of earrings that I wear all the time, which remind me daily of my granny. Thank you, Jacqui - for this lasting legacy!

I am now the very proud owner of a lovely piece of jewellery!!! Working with Jacqui was such a stress free and super fun experience. Coming into it I was pretty overwhelmed, overawed and felt very much out of my depth. I'm not a massive jewellery wearer and didn't own genuine statement peices. Jacqui explained things really clearly, asking me really helpful and thought provoking questions so that she could really understand me and what I was looking for...even when I didn't really know. She took into consideration my personal style, my lifestyle, skin tone. This was not a one size fits all experience, rather it was a highly personalised process which centred me through it all. As a result, I have some awesome sparkles, my own Ebenezer Stone, and am already planning my next piece. Oh, and my personal advisor (aka my baby sister) approves, which is the added bonus.
