We take the safety and security of your vehicle very seriously. Our parking lot is equipped with 24/7 surveillance cameras and is well-lit at all times. We also have security personnel monitoring the lot throughout the day and night.

Is the parking lot easily accessible and are there any restrictions on the type of vehicles that can park?

Our parking lot is easily accessible and can accommodate most types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles. However, we do have size restrictions for oversized vehicles such as RVs and buses. Please contact us if you have any questions about vehicle restrictions.

Are there any additional services or amenities provided such as car washing or EV charging stations?

We do offer additional services such as car washing and detailing for an additional fee. Unfortunately, we do not currently have EV charging stations available at this time.

What is your policy for lost ticket or damaged vehicles?

If you lose your parking ticket, please contact our customer service team and provide your license plate number and the date and time you parked. We will do our best to locate your vehicle and calculate your parking fee. If your vehicle is damaged while parked in our lot, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in filing an incident report and working with your insurance company.
