The Jacobs online payment portal is extremely poor. It lacks the functionality that is expected as the norm today from any payment portal system. No provision for email receipt for payment . No payment reference number provided. I am surprised Local Authorities tolerate this poor level of service. I will rase the issue with my councillor.

Just to let everyone know that it would appear they pay money to the Information Commissioner’s Office in return for names and addresses of where people live if you're in arrears on your council tax. Because bailiffs are not regulated or some only certified, they're allowed to have your personal details for a fee. Presumably pay either £60 or £80 for all your details.

Awful company! Employees are rude and have no respect and talk to you like your trash, moaning about travelling all this way to the property after receiving no letters or phone calls before hand, demanding money straight away and threatening to enter my property whilst no one is there, demanding full money and adding on more money, heartless people and don’t care about the financial difficulties in the world, don’t care if you have young children! I really hope and pray the same happens to these people one day and know how it feels! Karma always wins
