I sometimes go in on a Saturday if I am not working to buy buns or cupcakes, occasionally pork and stuffing sandwiches too.Their buns/cupcakes, sandwiches are very good 10 out of 10. However have they got new staff in there normally when I go in the staff are lovely very friendly but the last couple of times the member of staff who served me only spoke to tell me the price. I said goodbye have a nice day. No reply I have never said anything wrong to anyone in the shop or outside the shop. I work in a shop so I know howdifficult it can be dealing with the puplic on a daily basis. So I would never be deliberately nasty or awkward.

5 stars isn't enough good food and amazing staff. They were very helpful with a milk allergy and extremely good with our kids talking and showing them what they were doing in the bakery i definitely recommend.

Ignorance at its finest. Stood patiently waiting to be served with no acknowledgement from the staff supposedly there to serve customers ?. I decided to walk out and so did another prospective customer who was obviously as invisible as I was. Politeness and manners cost nothing but unfortunately neither are available at this shop. Avoid.

Good cakes and other dessert items but their pastries and sandwiches are disappointing and overpriced, would not recommend at all. Paid £5 for an "extra large hot roast pork cob" which was more like a medium-large with barely any stuffing or apple sauce, and the crackling was burned and chewy. Pork pie had barely any jelly and the pastry was anemic.
