I can't recommend this garage enough. After damaging my van on the M3 I rang round 20 garages for help no one could see me for a couple of days at the least. I phoned Jacksons who although busy, told me to get the van to them . Within 30 mins my van was up on the ramp and problem diagnosed. Within an hour and a half of the parts arriving I was back on the road . Great service and received a phone call after to check everything was ok and I had got back safely. I can’t thank Jackson’s enough for their help yesterday! I had a light come up on my dash and strong smell of fuel on my way home from work. By 8.30am the next day, the car had been looked at and the problem diagnosed. By 5.30pm the same day, they were calling to say my car was fixed and ready to collect. So helpful, kind and professional. Kept in the loop throughout the day and really felt like they went above and beyond for me.
