Bought a Ford Mondeo from Jackson's they were fantastic to deal with and from first contact they were absolutely brilliant, I was dealt with Sher from initial enquiry about car I was interested in all the way through to collecting my new car and the whole process was very professional, because I live so far away and couldn't view the car in person Sher agreed to video call me with a live video showing a detailed view around the cars exterior and interior pointing out all the minor marks due to the cars age even showed me all the cars service history and documents all very honest and answered every question I asked, I had a part ex to put towards the price of the car i wanted to buy and was given a fair price, on day of collection I was dealt with very professionally the part ex price they offered me initially over the phone remained the same after they had viewed it and the car I purchased was exactly as described even had a full 12 months MOT and has had all mot fail and advisory rectified before I collected the car even sorted out a bit of bodywork on the front bumper before I collected car absolutely the best and most professional and trustworthy service I have ever received when buying a car I would definitely recommend.
