Lack of communication sometimes process was ok in general yet after completion they are not intrested in helping customers out I have bought a shared ownership property that has major flooding issues outside. And have complained to both builder and housing company neither want todo anything about it so as a conveyancer I thought they might have been able to help but again. It intrested unless you pay then not happy they let me buy a house that floods
