I went to Jackson Ford for road force wheel balancing and had nothing but 5 star service from start to finish. Simple to book an appointment with clear up front pricing, manager was polite and the technician invited me to watch him working on the wheels. He explained all the technical details whilst he was working, gave me options and took the time to do the best possible job, repeating steps that were not quite perfect. Having taken my car to several different places to fix a vibration issue without success, Jacksons Ford have made the car super smooth again. Big thanks. I could not recommend a better place and will certainly be going here for future work.

I recently removed my review of this dealership as they felt it was unfair and unproven. However, on further investigation motobility have now reassured me that the motobility dealer at this dealership chris watson never ever ordered my car thus leaving me 9 months without any feedback at all. This is very poor and i hope never happens to any one again. One understands post covid there was issues with certain cars but surely you should keep the customer updated. Jacksons previously said they had no record of me, my customer number and agreement number proves otherwise. Deposits have risen significantly in 9 months, jacksons have let me down. Cheers guys.

We have used Jacksons Ford in Henley in Arden for our cars for over twenty years. Our experience has always been very positive. Today our purchase of our new car went very smoothly thanks to Chris Watson the sales manager. What we like about Jacksons Ford is that it is a family business that actually looks after the customer with good old fashioned business expertise. There is no need for flashy, wide boy approaches as their philosophy seems to be that the customer and their business matters. Time is not wasted upon trying to impress the customer unnecessarily. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacksons Ford highly for car purchasing, servicing or advice.
