Poor customer service - had to chase a request for a quote for a bathroom fitting ( having been recommended the company by a friend who had some light fittings re-chromed) and then received a curt reply declining the work - saying it was not the type of job we would take on. Very frustrating and annoying as your website clearly states that you do this 'kind of work'! I think my annoyance is linked to the fact that my friend's light fittings look fantastic - just wish I could have used this company.

I have some Waterford crystal lamps which had gold plated fittings and they were looking very old fashioned. I had all the fittings nickel plated by Jackson plating and they now look beautiful and up to date, and all for a fraction of the cost of replacing them which would've been a terrible waste. Very friendly and quick service. I am totally delighted and would have no hesitation recommending this company.
