    Lift is a year old and is always out of order. Once again it's temporarily out of order. A lot of tenants have mobility issues and yet they don't seem to care! Wouldn't recommend at all! Last time they actually had the lift door open and no warning signs anything could have happened.

    Constantly broken in our building and has been broken for three weeks straight now. I’m now in a knee brace due to this. Elderly, immobile and injured tenants having to go up 6 flights of stairs. Jackson refusing to give any more information about when the issue will be fixed.

    THE WORST company I have ever come across. Our lift broke down in the 11 th nov they said it would be fixed by the 9 th dec . WAITING ON PARTS . Well we are on the 27 th dec still no lift my whole Christmas has been ruined as my grandmother couldn’t come visit her grandchildren as we live on the top floor loads of delivery’s have refused to deliver as once again on the top floor and to top it off my little girls fell down the stairs today and chipped her tooth and bruised all her face . SO THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR THE WORST CHRISTMAS EVER BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY CAN NOT GET ITS ACT TOGETHER . PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE THINKING OF INSTALLING A LIFT .     Utterly useless!!! Jackson Lift Group claim to be the largest independent lift service "specialists" in the country. Well God help us. For 2 months we have been without a lift in a block of flats, all because Jackson Lifts claim they do not have a source for the part needed for the repair. Well, you can not claim to be the biggest and the best, if it takes you 2 months to find a part! And we're STILL waiting!!! Totally unacceptable. There are NO excuses for being without a lift for 2 months! NONE! You people are obviously in the wrong game if repairs take you THAT long! Look elsewhere for your lift requirements, because you WILL regret using these cowboys! I'd leave minus 5 Stars if possible! AVOID!!! *And* your answer (below) is pathetic! As you DO NOT take any complaints seriously! THAT is the whole point here! Why do you think you've got such bad reviews? Not great is it!?!? You have a 2* rating for good reason! When are you going to wake-up and smell the coffee???

    Appalling service haven’t fixed the lift for where my mother lives in flat 5th floor. She’s imobile and with other residences who are also elderly and are unable to get the stairs. It’s been few days neither have they started the job. I’m surprised with lack of professionalism and empathy they have. When I rang customer service lady goes her hands are tied and there supervisor said it’s something they can’t help with. My mother was stuck in lift once and neither the alarm bell worked was very scary for her. I hope they can fix things on time and with an urgent matter and provide with updates.

    My only problem is the lift at the noment breaks down on a regular basis. It can be turned of for a few days at a time. We get told " we are waiting for a part ". If its the same part that is at fault why not just have 2 or 3 in stock so tenents dont have to be days without a lift

    I am disabled resident with stairlift. I have been left without a stairlift now for 3 day's due to a battery fault. Jackson engineer arrived but could not replace batteries as they were in his other car. Saturday night my lift stopped working. It is Monday night and I am still not able to get upstairs to bed. My disabilities are not suited to sleeping on a sofa and my health is really suffering. I could have ordered a battery quicker myself according to the supplier. Jackson are inept and uncaring . My housing officer has also met a brick wall when it comes to communicating with them. Any one who has a disability and relies on Jackson's has my deepest sympathy.
