Just had my dads funeral, and from start to finish with Jackson and browning their service was first class. From the first phone call to the very end these guys went above an beyond for my dad and my family. Nothing ever seemed like it was too much to ask for. Going to Jackson and browning to plan a funeral was so easy, it never felt like we were planning a funeral. The staff are very informative and friendly. So professional and so understanding, Lee, Owen, Barry and the rest of the team really care and love the job they do and it shows in everything they do. They made one of the hardest things I've had to go through, one of the easiest at the same time. Thank you so much to you all!

Perfect, empathetic, compassionate and understanding of our situation. Waiting to lay to rest our dear elderly neighbour who we loved so much today. They couldn’t have done more! Personal in every detail, kept us informed of everything and so traditional even tissues and water in the car which I certainly needed. Lee was outstanding throughout and knew our requirements even in recommending Alison - the wonderful understanding interfaith celebrant who visited us, spent time listening to audio of the deceased and compassionately wrote a service capturing the life of a 97 year old lady perfectly. We felt supported throughout. I cannot highly recommend them enough from start to finish 11 out of 10! For a personal service at such a sad emotional time, I cannot fault a thing, thank you to all who cared for Jo and helped make the day a perfect goodbye. 🙏💐

I don’t know where to start. From the moment I called Jackson and Brownings we knew they were the right funeral directors. They treated us with care and compassion during the whole process. Us as a family could not of asked for anyone better to do the funeral. Everyone was professional, especially Lee. He was there no matter what. I knew I could rely on him for anything. He made the process easier as we all know that it is hard enough to plan a funeral. We are forever grateful for everything Lee and Jackson&Brownings did for us. I would hands down recommend.

Having to organise my youngest brothers funeral was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life I didn’t know where to start. I was given a few suggestions on which funeral company to go with so I rang to make enquiries and whilst a lot of the bigger companies took my details and promised to call me back which they didn’t until 4 days later I got through to Lee Jackson from Jackson & Browning independent funeral services straight away. Lee straight away made me feel at ease and came to see me and we had a lovely chat and talked about my brother and he explained the whole process to me, I knew immediately that he was the only one I could trust to give my brother the best send off that he deserved. Lee dealt with everything from start to finish and made sure he took all the stress and burden off me and my family and most importantly he took such good care of the most precious person in our life, he allowed us to see my brother in the chapel of rest whenever we wanted even if it meant going there after hours. Everything we wanted we got, Lee went out of his way and got it sorted nothing was ever too much and I really wanted to say thank you for giving my brother the best send off ever Lee completely went above and beyond. Funerals are not something we really plan for or enjoy going to but everyone has said this was one of the best and it would have never been possible without Jackson and Browning independent funeral services I would whole heartedly recommend them, they offer a very personal service Lee was always there at the other end of the phone if we needed him. Hats off to Lee and his team for making my brothers send off perfect, a beautiful lovely memorable day

Professional, courteous, humble and honourable. By far the most respectful funeral directors I have ever come across. Completely independent with the finishing touches that verifies this. Only working with independent third party companies (florists, printers etc) this gives you the best way to personalise and taylor your loved ones funeral the way they would want it. Absolutely faultless in all aspects, considering it was not a traditional Christian funeral, this provided them with a few challenges, as well as a few that we weren't expecting, and these were handled with perfection and absolute respect. The team know how to put your mind at ease, with even the most difficult of requests being dealt with in the most professional way. I wish them every success with their business and am eternally grateful for everything they did for us as a family.
