I have used Jackson’s a number of times and can’t recommend them highly enough. The value is excellent for the kind of quality and attention to detail that goes into the framing - the prices are very good in comparison to other framers of this quality in London. It’s a small operation and the work does take time especially when they have a lot of orders (which they make clear when taking work on), however I like the personal service they give and am willing to be patient - it seems perhaps some of the critical reviewers don’t seem to appreciate the size and type of place this is and are looking for a more commercial service with a fast turnaround. I hope people won’t be put off by some of the negative reviews as it really is a great place and a hidden gem.

Picked up my framing today, absolutely beautiful craftsmanship, the frames and mounts show off the work perfectly. I was pretty clueless as to what I wanted, but such care was given during the consultation. The lady advised me, she was very friendly and extremely helpful. I've been here before, and no doubt will come again in the future. They know their stuff here and the quality is exceptional. Thoroughly recommend!

Just spoke to a really rude woman when I enquired about Jacksons Framebuilder - not your company apparently. I ought to have read the reviews criticising your customer service.. I should have been prepared as I was left reeling after visiting your store several years ago and being met by possibly the same rude woman. I didnt buy!
