Jack laid a floor for us several years ago - and it was excellent. Great craftsmanship and value, and he really understands the customer's needs. Recently, we had a spillage on the floor that burnt off some of the varnish, and he came and saw to that (after I'd tried and failed myself) and made it look good as new. Highly recommended.
