I have been to Jackrabbits Pottery many times in the past and have always enjoyed myself. I therefore decided to book in for a session to surprise a friend who has never painted pottery before. We attended yesterday around lunchtime for our 2-hour slot. Thankfully it wasn’t particularly busy, owing to it being term-time. We both had a great time painting our mugs and chatting, as well as trying the cakes and drinks on offer. The manager/owner whose name I forgot to take is honestly the sweetest, kindest, most-contagiously-happy person I’ve ever met! She truly does elevate the entire experience and evidently has trained the other employees to be just as warm and welcoming. I’ve never had anything short of a lovely time when I visit Jackrabbits and I’m looking forward to picking up our terrible masterpieces next week! I can’t wait to introduce other friends to my favourite little place in Leeds either - a hidden gem for all of us here.

We visited here for the first time last weekend and loved it. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Explained everything we need to know about the process. We had a couple hot drinks and the brownie (delicious!). Really calm and relaxed environment. I can't wait to return.

Always a lovely place to visit but the experience is ruined when half an hour before the end multiple people then start coming up to you asking to clear things away from the table and finish up when you obviously haven’t finished. I understand they have to get the table ready for the next people but that takes 5 minutes and it makes the end feel really rushed and ruins the otherwise positive experience.

First time visiting, I've been to one other pottery painting and I loved that fact that we had all the colours available on the table already to us. Loved that we could get tea and coffee too. Definitely will be visiting again.
