We held our son’s 4th birthday party at Jackaboos and it was brilliant. It’s a great venue and ticks all the boxes for pre-schoolers. You can just let them get on with it and play! We decided to book a double slot for self-catering, so that we could have more time and a bit of wiggle room. The staff were so attentive and helpful. They also ensured we could wrangle the children when it was time for food/cake :) Thanks so much guys!

Brilliant with Allergies. I took my 3yo son to a party here this weekend and they were just great. He has a peanut and dairy allergy so lunches at parties are always difficult, hovering over in fear with the epi pen ready in my bag. But I was so impressed with the way we were dealt with here. They spoke to me on arrival and explained they had a separate plate for my son. All packaging was kept so I could also check ingredients and we were checked up on very regularly. All staff knew about his allergies and were sure not to offer anything he couldnt have. Such a great experience compared to many other similar establishments that often give lip service but then serve my son an allergen from a sharing plate only for me to step in and take it away from him to much tears and upset. Would recommend a million times over. The soft play was also pretty good too 👍

Had our son's birthday party here yesterday. Booked a double self catering slot and we had a fab time. The children loved it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again. The staff helped with the music for pass the parcel, got rid of the rubbish and helped with calling the children in when we needed them. All really good. Thank you Jackaboos staff.
