Jack is brilliant, he always prepares the sessions really well and understand my needs. He knows exactly what techniques to use to get an effective workout within the one-hour session. He is very flexible and fun to work with and is very encouraging. I am fitter and more toned as a result and I don’t have lower back pain like I used to. I really enjoy working with him. Have been with Jack for about 3 months now and noticing real differences - both in overall strength but also general fitness and balance. He has been very flexible on location/timing when needed meaning I can work around kids/work schedule. Despite the nice review, I say I hate him about 5 minutes before the end of each session... I think that's cos he's pushing me harder every time!

Jack has been my personal trainer for the past 18 months. He has spent a lot of time to establish my needs and develop a training programme to achieve my goals from training. He has a great deal of patience and provides great encouragement whilst I’m training. He always checks after each session about how I feel about about the training. Jack is great at pushing you at those moments I might be flagging. This is always done at the right level and I never feel I have over done it! So, he has the right balance of approach. Jack has a very friendly and yet professional manner. He has a good sense of humour ( he always laughs at my poor jokes !) I recommend Jack as a highly skilled and motivational trainer. He keeps the workouts varied and fun. Jack has pushed me in the sessions and I feel like I’m making great progress again. I've been seeing Jack for 2 months now and he is an awesome PT! I love each session as they are always different and they are realistic for my ability and goals. Before our PT sessions I was very unfit and so self conscious but with Jack's help I have become more confident, fitter, slimmer and feel so much stronger!
