Excellent tour guide with a wealth of knowledge on Jack the Ripper and many other serial killers the world over. Visited all the relevant spots, although nowadays many are redeveloped so can be hard to imagine the surroundings back in the day. Worthwhile tour. :-)

We booked a week in avance with my Friends and he did not show up. We were 8 people waiting for him. We waited for 40 minutes. I am returning to my country tomorrow. This is unacceptable and rude. I want my money back!
