Originally spoke with Paul who was great over the phone however due to my shift pattern, only day I could go in was his day off so Simon took over. Allowed me to look over the vehicle, test drive it and was amazing with assisting through the purchase of the vehicle. I’m so glad I came across Jack Henry Group and extremely grateful to initially Paul and then finally Simon who helped me purchase my dream car. Jack Henry group is one of if not, the best dealer I have ever bought a car from. Everything about my experience from booking an appointment to view a car right down to purchasing it was straightforward and easy. Initially I was interested in viewing a Porsche Panamera but was also drawn to a Cayenne they had in stock, when I got there they had both cars out ready for me to take out on a test drive. They gave me some time alone to check the car over and then sent me out to drive them, as soon as I got back I knew I wanted the car. Special shout out to Simon who dealt with me and managed to get me a great deal on the swap of my cars. He really took care of me and I think this is how every car buying experience should be everywhere! They were totally transparent, polite, attentive and got straight down to business without trying to pressure or oversell the car to me. And now I’m an owner of my dream car. Thank you Jack Henry Group and thank you to Simon! I will definitely be buying all my future cars from here.

I found the car on line and contacted Jack Henry Group. I originally spoke to Simon, who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I live approx 280 miles away, however, my Sister lives 3 miles from their show room and was good enough to go and view the vehicle. After she called me and said she couldn’t find any faults with it I went ahead. As I had never purchased a car on line before I was quite nervous, but had no reason to be. I contacted the showroom a couple of times and spoke to Simon, Jack & Paul who kept me up to date. The car was delivered by Bob who took me through the admin and money transfer (again polite and helpful). I have had the car a week and love it. In brief: This is a dealership that deals with high end vehicles selling to customers with high expectations, who expect the car they were promised and the service they expect. They exceeded my expectation, and I would highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at Jack Henry, and next time I visit my Sister, I will be calling in.
