A very professional service and excellent work carried out on my property The two guys who turned up were very pleasant and on time everyday . They worked constantly throughout , only stopping for a quick coffee once or twice . The work carried out was to a very high standard and was even left some spare tiles for the future just incase , which was very much appreciated . I received and accepted a competitive price against a comprehensive specification. Before the work started the admin team kept me fully informed of everything. The team on site did a top quality job, they were meticulous in detail and kept the site 100% clean. I can tell that they don't 'cut corners' and the workmanship is top rate. We recently used the services of J Williams to install a new roof to a porch and garage on our property along with carrying out a repairs to an existing leak we had on our main roof which had been carried out by another roofing company. The work that was carried out on the porch and garage looks fantastic, the detail in the pointing is brilliant. As we couldn't access the higher roof area the roofer carrying out the works took photo's for all of all the works completed which again looks like they have done a very professional job. Operatives were very clean and tidied up. I would happily recommend.

We would use J Williams again, and would recommend. We found them to be professional, organised and very customer-focused. Communication was excellent throughout the process, from the initial enquiry/quote stage with John (we had a lot of questions which were answered promptly and fully), to the updates on the skip/scaffolding arrival/removal from Kay, and regular progress updates from Jason and the great team of guys on site during the work. I work from home, and knowing it would be a noisy job, needed the work to be completed within a 2-week timeframe to coincide with annual leave…..they were amazingly accommodating and made this happen, even finishing a day early! We definitely feel that we chose the right company – we require other work to be done and have already received a quote from J Williams, who we will be appointing in due course.
